Every organization May be in manufacturing sector, mktg ,sales insurance sector maintain decoram , decent working atmosphere , harmony , and provide.a good and safe job , but after in few working days of work experience with Virola group is not maintaining compliances , worst and vulger way of talking . I had not see in my previous experience in other reputed organization.

No HR & Employment policies. No job security No career growth here. Worse Company culture. Nothing here to learn about just waste of time. They use to let the employee come to office even on 15 Aug
