I particularly enjoyed working in team environment and learned a lot by collabarating with team members. Also i had an oppurtunity to learn from those in senior positions in company.

Dislikes

not much...but few tasks were challenging. And i like to takeup tha challenge.

Apart from job security I didn’t find any pros here .

Dislikes

Here 99% of the employees are telguties .mostly they are communicating their own natives language .there are lot of politics . Work environment also not good , They have all old technologies which is outdated from market.

This is average company for learning,Improve skills, Salary/ Appraisal is ok, but lot of politics.

Dislikes

For Freshers no training, and for experience expect lot of skills and work. very difficult maintain professional and personal life for experienced people.

Play time in Friday evening.

Dislikes

No training or KT. Salaries never come on expected date. Very minimal hikes. No room for learning and innovation. You are asked to stay all night without prior notice. You may work on weekends too. Low standards.
