Likes

The company's work culture environment is good and they give good yearly increments are bonus. The approval of leave's and shift exchanges are also good.

Dislikes

Very bad management and poor salary structure. There is zero growth in this company both in career as well as subject. The thing I hated most about this organisation is that even the toilets and bathrooms are not regularly cleaned and is complete unhygienic. No proper safety measures , No respect for the employees.

Communication gap between internal departments, No career development & learning opportunities, only discrimination based on cast/origin, region & relegion. Pathetic work culture & environment. No leadership qualities in any manegerial post.
