Great Management. Highly Profesional Organisation. Great Coordination between all functions. Good place to work and develop skills super speciality segment particularly in the therapy area of Hepatology and Orthopedics.

Dislikes

Compensation is Okey but growth is low. Working pressure is very high. Which is common in super speciality division. Management do not Value individuals unique Strengths. Although appreciations from customers boosts individuals strengths.

Mr. Ratikant Behera Cuttack the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) of VIRCHOW LAB LTD. Lacks the basic courtesy and professionalism required to interact with medical representatives. In the last four months (November, December, January, and February) 4 medical representatives and 2 district managers from the Bhubaneswar HQ have resigned. This clearly reflects the impact of his behavior and the company’s failure to address the issue. It raises serious concerns about the management practices at VIRCHOW LAB LTD As such a high attrition rate within a short period indicates a complete failure in handling employee relations and workplace environment.

1. No identity for skills and qualifications. 2. Too much partiality and differentiation in increments and promotions. 3. Good Increments and key positions will be given to Kadapa district people as chairman belongs to the same district. 4. Too much regional feelings, no respect for seniority and professionals, rude behaviour of plant head.

Manufacturing manager thinks himself like God, If anyone mistakes to join company, immediately throw resign in face of such arrogant manager, so that they can come to reality.
