Compensation is Okey but growth is low. Working pressure is very high. Which is common in super speciality division. Management do not Value individuals unique Strengths. Although appreciations from customers boosts individuals strengths.

Manufacturing manager thinks himself like God, If anyone mistakes to join company, immediately throw resign in face of such arrogant manager, so that they can come to reality.

There is no equality in the manner of working skills, here only consider only experience pesrson not for the working person... Not changed the shifts, and same shifts are repeated last few months

Company management very poor and 4 years bond is there bond break means 2 month work and life imbalance food is not good and work is almost very difficulty. Hard work not reward they reveal only your mistake no considered system mistake...

This company was good but their administrative officers of PM & APM ( waste and useless) was to 2 waste fellows is there in that company HR' s & accountants was facing that two persons problems,. In this company Accountants and HRs was every 6 to 12 months they are going another job

Two persons waste management one person was suffering from fear and one person for having from MD's hand in that situation who can do work
