First of work culture is very bad, no job security and salary also have no time limit. We are waiting for last 9 months salary.

I was very excited when I joined but later know that company is in a huge loss. By which they didn't pay salary at given time. Which effect my personal life. But the my Staff is good they help me in gaining site knowledge.

Really i m surprised about the key skill at Tata Avenida Project of Viraj. Where no one working in productivity way and no valid job responsibilities with bad reporting communication.A example have been happening with me at 1st time in My 11 yrs experienced career .here i m Deputy Project Manager however our Project Head engaging me to construct the Labour Colony by tin sheet while supervisor n site engineers doing work at main Project. This is purely Unsystematic and non productive job to engaging. Bad commitment

Pathetic Culture of the organization. Management itself is culprit to create the feeling of dissatisfaction among employees. Management uses abusive language. No growth professionally andesigned in monetary terms.

So much Politics, no career growth no job security noappraisal salary comes very late 3 months one time Safety HSE head wrost not support any kind of help i was working last 1 year but I didn't get any appointment letter no work experience letter HSE head also not supported
