From the management and salary to the employees benefits and work culture, everything is very praise worthy in Viraj Profiles Limited. This company has been in the steel sector of India for a very long time. it is among the top companies. And the only reason is that it has a strong management which take cares of everything. I am hopeful that i will continue here for many more years.

Sometimes I feel that the facilities in the washroom should be increased a bit. The bulbs often don't work These should be regularly checked.

I once had issues working in the starting. But my boss very dedicatedly explained me all the work and helped me get on board. After this, I never found any difficulties.

...ns of stomach. The companies policies are also good except the management staff. The bonus given every year is incredible except the the salary paid to the employees. The best part I like is job security which is great In our organization. There are some points where organisation should to look into. As a supervisor that's I would like to express my views regarding our company.

Being polite I'll sadly tell the facts which I regularly see in our company while working with an international organisation I feel good but the management under which i work don't give me the satisfaction by salary which it should. As an supervisor I don't feel like to work with such kind af atmosphere. Also the benefits like gymnasium (fitness), sports and activities, education facilities which are well and good for the staff and organization which we would like to see by our organization are also not done.

... pay. So despite the fact that there are quite less jobs available at this time. they are paying me a salary I have also got my bonus for Diwali which I was not expecting at all. I know many of my colleagues in the former offices who are not even getting a full salary even in these months. So, this company providing your complete salary along with the bonus is really a remarkable thing. Through I did not got the bonus as much like that of my colleague caz i had joined recently but I am happy that i got it, This is great going! Thank you very much for making Diwali special.

...ars. Recently one of my family members was not doing so well in terms of health. Althrough my salary is high, I needed more money for urgent treatment which was also expensive. This was bothering me and my efficiency. So the management checked with me if everything was okay at work. But when they got to know the real reason, they offered me a loan without even me asking for it in the first place. This was a very kind gestures. The management has been very helpful. My family member is now good. The treatment had been done on time.
