There is a very poor work culture here, only cheating goes on. Here only chamchagiri (chamchagiri) goes on, when Marji holds the salary and listens to those who do chamchagiri (chamchagiri). HR, manager, GM, everyone is found in Apsa, they resign at the time of salary and do not answer the phone.

I dont like working at vipul motors there all staff include manager irrate.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12 above hours straight in a day.Managers do not value an individuals.
