when i was working in VIP everything's ok when covid19 start VIP never think about me kick me out like used and throw.

Covid - 19 time VIP never care about working employ quit your job I cant pay . have u know how I survive . my bad condition how I eat how I live I don't have work how I explain about my condition . when covid 19 start VIP just kick me out they never care without job ,without money how I live ..............;(

...u will not be suspended or dismissed by vip other than if its not your mistake .then salary growth i can assure that no company will provide such a good salary and appraisal and incentives (100% guarantee) ,regarding travel you can take the best luxury. wherever you are going company purpose you can claim the amount through bill .i didn't experience it due to my designation as inside sales promoter but i have seen my team leaders and managers are claiming their money through bills

Work life balance only even new people are coming and harming this culture ..then also it was good

Growth aspect is lower , only salary is getting increased every year Rumors are plenty after covid about mgt structures even Every one know about it but no one coming to clear miss communication

There is a lot political and the management dose t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 Years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... it comes to difficult times. Half the field force was fired during covid times. Front line workers were at a 50% salary cut where as management staff was at a 25% salary cut. Performance pay of 19-20 was not given by company. All other variable part was cancelled. It's a typical lala company where big position holders are there to guard their positions till retirement. HR keeps a swinging sword on your head rather than helping. A person coming from outside the company will not be able to survive for long.
