...but in Vinni Chemicals Pvt Ltd they are fully demotivated of there employees. Company only 20% to 25% salary since last 2 months or some employees was not getting salary i am one of them. Management is very burst they are not supported to there employees.

Company management not good. There is no any options in favour of employees welfare.

Only like for Sales team is Travel, nothing else

No work life balance. No work culture. No Policy, if made any thing void next minutes. No promotion, very less increment in 4 year got 10%, against 100% revenue growth. No recognition of work, always treated like baniya ki dukan.

They don't have any rule and regulation they make Own rules And break and make and break so I think The vinni chemicals won't run in India .

They don't Stay Onwns rules that's why They Change there Employes work every month and Salry issue In Any industry only deduct 20% But vinni chemicals deduct There Employes salry 50%,70% That's why I Give regain

Work culture is not so good. You will have to be listened Sarcasm from your senior even after giving output. No Pf No Esi benefits you will get in your first year, I have seen some employees, joined more than one year but not benefitting by above facilities.
