1- Salary is always on time. 2- Without any valid reason company will never fire its employee. 3- It provides in time compensation and reimbursement. 4- Salary increment is good. 5- Supportive work culture. 6- Good growth prospect.

Dislikes

1- Very difficult to balance work and family life. 2- Increment depends on your project in charge. Which is purely biased. Not according to your work and effort. 3- According to demand of project you should work overtime but you not get any monetary benefits on that.

Likes

1. Salary on time 7th of month but for new joiners I will be 11 or 12th of month. 2. HR policy is good. 3. Helpful employees. 4. Rs 5 per kms for bike fuel. 5. Some senior have Helpful nature.

Dislikes

1. Worst guest house I have ever seen. 2. Some time you won't get the food. 3. Some senior are worser than worst. 4. If you suggest some new idea in any meeting then their ego will hurts and then your salary of some day will get deducted, so go with the flow with seniors. 5. For Civil Engineer, no growth. 6. If you are specialised in some field, then definitely you will be in other feild in this company, like if you are a OHT specialised then they will depute in Pipeline work or reinstatement work, or any other work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They are giving salary on time. During lockdown period also I have got my full salary. Here feal my job also secure. Work friendly environment. Company policy also good too.

Not able to do my work and life balance here.

I am very much like their training process on every 3 month on the working field to increase our knowledge as well as it was help us to contruct a good network.

I mustly unhappy their Salary Deduction process from Gross Salary and benefits.
