Otherwise, you could be fired without any reason. 3. The product runs on basic Java and uses old technologies, so there's no need to learn anything in this company. 4. You just debug the code nothing to do more 5. If you have a girl then nothing to do with This company just got the salary and chill with your boss

Not anything they harass the employee after taking bond.

Do not go there . They will take bond and then haras .they will reduce salary in between of bond and after completion . They will not provide experience letter

Being a fresher if you have no or little pre knowledge there is lot of room for you to learn things. You will get help from senior as well

Work pressure is high ( depends upon project ) . Also salary and appraisal is also low if you joined as a fresher

Salary Delays. Poor management. Management put their failures on lower level employees. They have started micromanaging as they are not able to achieve their goals. No empathy.

Late salary. No growth. No proper training when u first join. Hr always lying about all things. Many people use abusive language within office no professionalism.
