Likes

Company policies are good. Management tries to appreciate the work of employers.

  • Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Policies are implemented as per the convenience of Institutions head and is very unfair for the dedicated work of staff. Management hears to the words of the heads of the institution and this end up in frustration among hard working and institutional experienced staff as their work is not appreciated by the management.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
