Lot of politics, no growth, no increment for initial 3yrs only increment given to those who do buttering to Vice President & HOD's, poor management, duty politics of VP & HOD's, not a good company for ambitious & hardworking candidate

...r growth is too slow. No proper on job training. Very unsafe working conditions. Appraisal are Unfair alongwith salary hikes. No bonuses.

Increment, is very bad increment is based upon how you treat your boss not besed on your work . There is lobby in every plant they only help to grow their people, so you don't have any dam chance to grow.

Yes surely company has supported who has not attended during lockdown. They had provide half of the salary who had not attended their duty and give given extra benifits to employees who have attended duty in lockdown.

Overall it's good company but every company has its loop holes that we shouldn't suppose to talk.

My ex-company was good,no problem in salary structure and teammates were all help full at my training period
