1.The infrastructure of the organisation is very good 2.You will be treated well during the Initial Training days

1.No proper appraisal 2.No guidance for the new employees 3.Minimum three yearBond system for the newly joined employees and if you break the bond then your three months salary will be deducted 4.Improper and Impolite handling of employees who resign from the organisation and they will screw their happiness by treating them harshly especially the HR department. 5.No clear goals have been set by the management to the employees 6.Information will not flow completely from top to bottom

Vimta Labs limited is an leading contract research testing Organization. Indian management company is maintaining international standards. Right platform to acquire lots of knowledge and skills. Many employees are working from the decades, it's indicates the security of the job. Working culture is well maintained with core values of the company.

Frequently we used to listen from management the word "pay for the performance" Which they will not implement in reality.

Poor Salary Structure and Increment. Worst management can transfer you any time. Doesn't give respect to employees All the rules they made were against the employees and because they made bond u can't do anything.

Learning is good and job knowledge is satisfavtory

There is lot of politocs aming higher management, compensation is poor, growth not possible, 2 to 3 years bond. Unplanned transfers across country without proper renumerations. No response from Hr in case of any support

...raining is over. Everyone has to attended, there is no Management discretion. Good salary and career growth down the line.
