Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary Hike is not good. Mr Goel the commercial manager is a totally autocratic personality. He thought that only he is the management. Totally clerical work is done here. You don't have any chance to express your thought and take decisions.

Ive been working at Vikrant for 3 years and I am very pleased with the decision to join as the work environment is friendly, state of the art machines, and a culture of teamwork with the other employees. The managements drive to focusing on quality and customer satisfaction is evident!

Everything, They interviewed for a post but job in another responsibility. Management is sick minded, if they sack you they don't give any time but they wanted a huge notice period for them. They send thread mail and make false FIR against employees in nearby police station. New HR Sudip Samata Kick out mindrill and his behaviour is like a crinal.
