...ral jail. entry time fixed, but exit time not fixed. may extend 3 hours minimum. salary showing you big but got you little. still my earning money not released as on date. HR goel and Sudip are very rude behavior. Management are showing positive attitude during interview but after joining original giant face come out. and got mentally torture. Requesting to you not join vikrant forge if you have a family. if you alone in this world then its ok.

Salary Hike is not good. Mr Goel the commercial manager is a totally autocratic personality. He thought that only he is the management. Totally clerical work is done here. You don't have any chance to express your thought and take decisions.

Ive been working at Vikrant for 3 years and I am very pleased with the decision to join as the work environment is friendly, state of the art machines, and a culture of teamwork with the other employees. The managements drive to focusing on quality and customer satisfaction is evident!
