The fear and worry on Director -sales and marketing face when he gets call from company owner during monthly review meetingswhere he gets scolded for being a waste of time .

Nothing . The director -sales and markeing is a spent force . He would conduct long meetings with entire staff of mumbai office and it is jist time pass abkut how useless you are and good for nothing . In between the long meetings he would go out for cigarretes break and would boast about how intelligent and awesome he is . In relaity , he just passing time as he being 60 wont be employable anywhere else . Being an fmcg company overall sales growth is onky 3-4 % from 2019 to 2022 . So once can imagine what a faliure he is .

Nothing except for it's office in mumbai where you watch the director who looks like the old santa claus smoke cigarettes every hour and listen to his gyaan /sessions on why you all are useless and he being Mr. INDIA.

Dislikes

Everything. They think employees are servants . The director throws duster and pen in meetings and he can't even operate his mac book .
