Overall it's a good platform for freehers to learn new things. Learning attitude is very important for me and proudly saying this that am had learnt so many things here. Teammates are supportive and hospital policies are good. Thanks to vikash multi speciality hospital.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Job training not given to new joinees. There is no respects for staff nurse.

Appraisals should be based upon skills. You should be paid according to the quality of service you're giving to the hospital and not only based on the degree.
