This school is for nature lovers and born teachers. The school follows Tagore and J K philosophy. It is secular having democracy throughout. Child centric , ICSE syllabus,activity methods in teaching concepts, no school bags, stress free education which allows free expression.There's a great library for children to read widely. It has a beautiful infrastructure ,subject class rooms and classroom libraries too. I, as a teacher feel that this is a heaven on earth.

Dislikes

There is no job security. One may be asked to leave for violation of any minute rules. There is no forth class working group and teachers have to participate in all the community works like bathroom cleaning etc.. when the time can be really spent well in preparation of other important works like corrections of projects, self efforts, and preparing lesson plans etc.. Inspite of all these ,living here has a great value.
