...s lot of politics and the management doesn't address any of the issues directly.Salary is low and career growth is at snail,'s pace. There is a bond of one month youcannot resign. Admin are not given any leaves except the government holiday.

Likes

I was a student of the Vikas the concept school. I'm currently a board-going student. I love this school. There are different teachers, each- each teacher has a unique ability to interact with the students. Recently this school has improved a lot, they painted the walls and there are new bathroom stalls, seeing all the improvements. I wanted to stay back a year to see more improvements and I will miss this school. And I love the math and Hindi teachers, they are the best of the best. English teachers from 5th to the class where the best.

Dislikes

What I don't like about this school is that every teacher is unique, which is the problem. Before the pandemic when I didn't have a problem with the "uniqueness" of the teacher, even if the teacher was strict. But now everything has changed, most teachers differentiate strong students and weak students in the worst way possible which doesn't give any room for improvement. I think most of the English teachers and science teachers are the worst they just want to talk personally with the toppers. I couldn't doubts because of this. This is the reason why I was the weakest student in my class
