The company is agriculture based production company. It adopts latest technology and we are the innovative people to do automation for which company supports. My colleagues are from various culture and we work as a team with good understanding.

Dislikes

As it is agriculture based company, Compensation is decent and growth is slow. Management do not value our individual efforts.
