Overall never suggest to join this company in any department, they make you fool after joining by disclosing there Hitler Rules & Conditions.

It is an extremely professional place..no time for gossips and time waste..only work and quality work. Very very hectic for the employees but too good for patients.

It should be a bit more employee friendly in terms of salary and leaves.

Very laborous work.don't value for worker Always overworkload and pressure.

Strictly time maintance As their convenience they change shifts . So much of salary cuttings. They kept security as 2months salary. When u resign they will manipulate and not paying the security.

In vijaya diagnostic center work protocol is good and security also Very nice. Management and company policies are also good to see.

I am all was good to see work side.. And protocol. Salary is not increases. If new technician are come there slary is more then seinor technician.

Working at vijaya makes you more challenging, gets chance to work with sophisticated technology, good salary with good timely increments.

As its a leading diagnostic in telangana and also got a good presence in many states, its really very challenging to work in it.
