Apparently here at Vijay Spheroidals there is a worst culture as the family is taking care they just managers here are so experienced they don’t even care about timings and some managers are very cunning

Dislikes

Here there is no work life balance after 9hrs of work still they expect us to work for more hours if we are exiting on time their reaction is different here the shop floor people are saddest because for a normal employee should be given rest for regular interval of time but here they are working for continuous 31 days without gap I feel sad about that overall worst place to work and one of the major dislike is it’s 6days working day we will be having only one day family time what can we do with that

It’s an outstanding company, striving to our perform all their competitors. Great quality, thriving work atmosphere, highly motivated management. It’s sad to see rather petty reviews by people who couldn’t cope to stay in a challenging environment. The company will prove its worth in the industry and that would be the fitting response to all the negative reviews.
