I am working in vijay sale this is a good company and my job very secure This company provide Diwali bonus and increments so good and I depends on customer

If you come first shift but you can’t go proper time because if customer in showroom then you will attend customer so sales aren’t allow go wideout attend customer

...blems.. But HR told me give resignation.. We don't have other store to shift u.. I think my salary is to much I highly.. VS higher to people at my cost.. I rising my all dutys...

Nothing just you are being catch in their net fishing with all employees wait for diwali bonus and after that waits for appresal so they fool you by extending 1-3 month delay so all employees can wait once they get bonus or something so employees thinks it's more 3-4 months and I will get appresal so all employees are being fished

Working hours is very terrible no work life balance you woke up go to office and you come home to jst sleep that is the work life they mentioned that there is 10 hours duty with 1 hours break jst think you go and punch in morning at 10:30 and leaving frome there at 10:30 or sometimes 11 even worse part in any occasion or festival they will call you early morning at 8:30 and you leave store by 11 or 12 no over time is consider but always late marking and half days are consider by company pethetic working style made all employees donkey.

Only salary is on time no other benefits they run there store like GT Store no difference between local stores and vijay sales

There is no process if you want your leave they if treat you like your doing anything wrong they tell ask to HR and HR also no response

Hr process is worst, Specially HR head is useless not using his brain to analyze the issues taking always side of old collogues. Management is also not employee friendly, not getting involved if any deserved employee get harassed or bullying by senior manager.
