Overall Good experience with Vijay Sales Motivating work environment. Salary and appraisals are good as compared to other company's Politics is everywhere in the market so it depends on us how we take it. Being a retail firm work life is little bit haywire. Job security is based on our performance so no comments on that Yes very innovative to pull the crowd. e.g 50% clearance sale and kitchen tadka festival. And it's a growing firm so there will be more innovation in the near future.

I am working in vijay sale this is a good company and my job very secure This company provide Diwali bonus and increments so good and I depends on customer

If you come first shift but you can’t go proper time because if customer in showroom then you will attend customer so sales aren’t allow go wideout attend customer

Only salary is on time no other benefits they run there store like GT Store no difference between local stores and vijay sales

There is no process if you want your leave they if treat you like your doing anything wrong they tell ask to HR and HR also no response

Hr process is worst, Specially HR head is useless not using his brain to analyze the issues taking always side of old collogues. Management is also not employee friendly, not getting involved if any deserved employee get harassed or bullying by senior manager.

...no more promotion and appraisal on time.....work environment is very horrible...there is lots of partiality in employees in every stages like work related, salary related,leave . For me there is no career for Accounts background on branch level....so choose correctly....
