They don't Give salary time to time and salary hikes are rare. This was the main dislike other than this no negatives....If they improve those two I think this was Top Company in India

Waste company in civil the general manager position persons even don't know knowledge technical and don't how to behave with their staff

I didn't like the gm srinivas lakkoji and the company wont pay salary time to time

...they don't know how to retain ... They don't give damn to skills n experience...only degree considered for giving designation n or while offering a package... They give u words n make u to believe in them but don't fall for it.. believe me ..no matter how much u do for them n try how hard but they will never gonna consider or appreciate u... They only waste ur time n experience... There is no scope of future in VNC.

There is no value for our work.... Lot of caste feelings... No time management.... Salary up to 5 months delay....... Always we have to do bajan...... Finally they wont encourage for talents..... They ll see only caste.... And bajan programs

Good Staff and Working style all Work are Exicuted with Proper Planning but salary is Minimum to all staff and Carrier growth is Slow
