...y . They have lot of money to be paid to creditors . They company is huge loss. So they eat away employee salary . Don't join this company. You never get credit for good work . No appraisal. No promotion for good work old employee will eat away honest employee work and take credit .

... of an employee . No discipline no rules no regulation . No work flow balance . For Salary you have to Beg like a Beggar on Street even after working with honesty and doing best work . Salary is not on time . Late sitting. They give you lot of work all of sudden at last moment and except you to complete properly no matter even if they give task or work at the end moment . Better to work for some other good company then working here and ask for salary which is never on time you will have to beg for your salary . No value for honest and faithful employees

The working culture is good. The layman can learn the new things and work related aspect to grow. Management is supportive in all areas of life. Direct access to management which is rear in other organizations. I have been working for last 14 years and its gives immense work satisfaction
