Salary is very low It’s not an IT company it’s a Dukaan…. They get project by promising clients on time and irrespective of their tech stack and force developers work out around that specially when there’s time to increase the salary. Just for ₹5K on increment they will put you through a lot which is not worth. Learning you can get but at the end of the day you can’t eat a book or laptop. Choose wisely for what kind of people you work for, one of the founder don’t have courtesy of talking to employees and have basic sense of audacity, only thing they are getting good is making money by exploiting freshers and interns. Bottomline: they don’t care for your career they are only here to make money from work of underpaid developers and unpaid interns. Learning is not everything, think of learning DSA instead of joining this “dukaan” for experience and learning in industry shit£.
