Like is a big word for this company, first of all its a company having total 3 employee and others are rented by another Company. CEO so called 'Malik' of this company , dont know a word of technical stuff but will show that he is tech prodegy🤣 by knowing 1 technical skill that is flowchart( Poor Guy😋).

Let me tell you something if you are a fresher and you thinking that lets go with this company boz you have not any other offers in your hand , dont ever make this mistake. They have no such proper training and they will aspect you to be such kind of tech master . Starting your career with startup will destroy you mentaly.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile.
