Nothing, even people without jobs should not join this terrible organisation. This company is family run business with no ethics and values. One day someone is going to give them back as good as they get it.

Most Horrible person MD and his daughter. They don't give salary on time always 3 months late payment. It's about to close down very soon in the future.

Job security is good. Projects also valuable. Accommodation facilities also good transportation facilities also good.

...rnal system or documentation for employees very bad. Cash flow is also not good. No salary proofs, no appointment letter, etc.

...ows everything and employee is of no use. I joined this company in october 2021. They dont given me salary. They given me my 30% salary after 2 months. Then i left the job.

You will grow and get confidence while working in most challenging conditions like extreme conditions in ladakh and North east

...acilities, not even a chair. Engineers are looking for spaces to even have food. And even salary is delayed 3 to 4 months. And working in extreme conditions they don't pay enough
