Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislike Point is Many More. 1. Receiving Salary very Late. 2. Your phone is kept in a basket, so you cannot receive any emergency calls. 3. No Flexible timings or early leave; the work culture feels like a school. 4. you cannot discuss anything with team members. if the manager notices, they may call you to report your discussion, which can be very embarrassing. 5. There is always some form of management politics involved in any work. 6. No Appreciation for overall efforts, only focusing on the blam system 7. You have made a mistake in company policy. like your work updates or maybe you can not call to management to inform you are on emergency leave. they will give you a penalty fine.
