Be it technology or any other domain of a business. Even an engineer can try marketing, sales, or any other aspect of a startup. You will be given an opportunity and encouragement to do so. * Growing team. * Good people: Pulkit(CTO) - He is handling things in an excellent way and keeping all of it together from falling it apart. Purvi - Kindest person you ever meet.

* No Work from home. Not even Hybrid mode. * Low pay * Non-flexible work timings * Inefficient, toothless, and ineffective HR department. HRs have to run to senior management for each single/small thing. They conduct a little exercise called 'Monthly HR Meet', which is entirely ornamental in its nature and does not bring out anything positive. They work hard. No doubt. But of no use. * You have to work from the office strictly. And what makes it worse is zero-facility office space. No pantry - No Canteen. Get a Sugar syrup coffee/Tea two times a day and sit in one place the whole day. * Chicken Coop like sitting arrangement. At times, it feels like working in the middle of a market. You can't concentrate. * In conclusion, if you consider VTS as a learning institute, it is a perfect place. But if you are considering it as a workplace, you are going to be disappointed. Big Time!

As it is a growing company, there are pitfalls but each and every negatives are converting into positives at a great pace to provide harmony and healthy working experience to it's members.
