You can increase your patience by tolerating messed up work, ad-hoc meetings, disrespectful treatment. you can increase yoga exercise as you will experience nice stress levels. this is not for them who wants nice,desciplined, stremlined work which is a very normal thing. this firm is for them who need challenges in job, thrilling experiences.

Not much only learning opportunities are good. Apart from this its bad company.

Company management is really bad. Have hire and fire policy for fresher. Senior manager consider themselves like god. Hr don’t listen to freshers where manager abuse freshers. There are fights between teams where freshers suffer. Blame game is played, manager comes only to take credit and blames you all time.

Vignet is one of the best product base company I have ever worked. Work life balance is good. Company is growing and internal products are doing good in terms revenue. Companies focus is on health care software solutions which will benefit in terms of learning niech skill technologies.

Regular communication between management and employees need to be improved.

Senior level employees run their own rules Manipulation and office politics plays a huge role in hampering employee growth Favouritism from higher management (directors, ceo) towards older employees Lack of trust in new joiners KRAs not clearly defined for employees CEO very ill mannered while talking to employees Regular threats from management regarding job security Lack of projects Very negative and slavery kind of atmosphere for a new joiner Lack of induction programs HR does not have any power No lunch facilities/pantry. Get your own food Very miserly from management. They don't even have a coffee facility to avoid milk expenditures Work from home is available to only senior level employees because they don't trust anyone else. In the US office they allow all benefits to employees but in India they don't trust them Some people are even asked to provide medical certificates for taking a sick leave
