Environment and the quality of students.

Dislikes

Poor salary and lack of appreciation for the quality teachers. Too much student centric and No respect for teachers both from Management and students. Self-respect of faculty is very low.

Likes

-Students and fellow staff are very cooperative with non native -Good cultural programs -Good and hyginic free Lunch for all staffs

Dislikes

-Poor Salary increement -Hectic process for long leaves sactioned for non native -No porper sem end holidays. -Politics

Likes

Empathetic colleagues, HoD and Principal....great students and good infrastructure.

Dislikes

Productivity is affected as the pay, timings and work are not balanced. The organizational structure causes confusion.

There is nothing to like the work environment and culture is pathetic and toxic with higher administrative people if you don’t want mental peace in your life Vignan institute of information and technology Duvvada Visakhapatnam welcomes you to spoil your professional and personal life!

The worst is work culture Starting from VIIT(A) Rector Dr. V.Madhusudhana Rao,Principal Dr.J.Sudhakar,Dean IQAC Dr.CH.Harigovinda Rao,Vice principal Dr. P.S.Ravindra and all HoDs of all departments along with Deans are doctorate for fake NAAC,NBA,Autonomous works and make people who has Doctorates and MTech work unethically by asking students for paying Gate(Especially Civil HoD Mr.M.Padmakar) and squeezing money from students and satisfying the chairman Dr.L.Rathaiah.The new faculties career will be doomed working in such engineer colleges spoiling ethics and human life even for students.Even till now the institute is running even lot many faculties resigned,humiliated,and terminated as per their own rules and regulations such institutions should be blacklisted and boycotted from the state.

The infrastructure of the institute and job security is good.

Dislikes

The company’s policy is dynamic and the growth of faculty is very very less. Expected targets are more and are to be achieved in a very shorter span.
