Nothing....the worst company I ever worked with, toxic environment with zero employee engagement and no support from management.

Everything...no Competitive salary, no promotions, No HR or management support if you are facing any issues or having any concerns, Zero Work-life balance, also This is a startup company, They'll marked your false LWP for employees then if you raised any Ticket or concern for salary discrepancy HR and manager didn't respond or support, Many employees Absconded for this reason.

I have been with this organization since its inception and have had the privilege of witnessing its incredible growth right alongside my own. We have poured our hearts and hard work into building everything from the ground up. One of the things I truly appreciate is the WFH setup. It not only allows for a better work-life balance but also gives me the precious opportunity to spend more time with my family. I genuinely love the concept of WFH and the flexibility it brings.

I don't have any specific dislikes, but one thing I have observed is that sometimes the actions or attitude of a few individuals can create a certain image of the entire organization. We need to recognize this and focus on improvement by providing the right grooming, support, and understanding to those individuals. With the right guidance, we can uplift everyone and maintain the positive culture we have worked so hard to build.

I have not worked here but it was asking for it so filled it had my interview today for Team Lead I have total experience of 2 years and Srinivas didn't even ask me basics of TL they started with claim form and denials and later I received call from HR Seenu that I'm Short listed but for team coach please consider this offer as we are doing a big favour of permanent WFH!!! Because you didn't answer questions as per the TL level did you guys in the first place asked me questions about it? Or the company is that backward that they don't know what's shrinkage and attrition and how they calculate MTD etc? Pathetic rude behaviour of HR not recommended if any one is trying here

HR and People from Mumbra taking bribe to clear interview, people who never TL before joining here as Assistant Manager, and people who are working here management torchere them , whole upper management takes bribe, specially new process after Trubridge took over new requesition raised and done fraud hiring.
