Likes

People are good in Vienna but the worst management I have ever seen. Actually they do not want to help in any matter.

Dislikes

1.Salary delay , sometimes more than 3 months.2. Appriasal delay ,one can not get appraisal before 6 month due. They want to keep calling you even if you left office at 11 in night.

There was nothing to like as bad politics played within the organization. They will hire you as a experienced candidate but after joining they will treat you as fresher never value your experience. Even their policies differ from person to person. Irresponsible HR department never solve the queries nor respond on time.

Dislikes

Worse Work Culture, Poor Management, proper sitting area, HR department plays bad politics, Terminate employees on the besis of personal issues rather work performances, Poor appraisal process, Never credit salary on time, No discipline. Overall bad organization to join.
