I liked the autonomy to make decisions for my function and my job role.

Dislikes

The company acts differently for different people. For someone who lived far away and needed a work from home atleast once a week they had issues to give the same, but for employees who lived nearby work from home was for 2-3 days a week. Very partial in many aspects. Favouritism works here else you will be thrown out.
