Worst organization to work with. The senior management is full of idiots specially their founder is a double faced lady. They eats their employees hard earn money. Never seen a single employees leaving this place at ease. They unnecessarily creates problems so that they can eat their fnf money.

Dislikes

Highly underpaid, staff is technically incompetent and too dependent for minor things as well. Less human resources, more person driven than process driven, authoritative culture, no defined KRA, you can not say no to perform random unexpected errands, least flexibility to improve process and very slow pace of improvement. No data is in place to access, incorrect information flow throughout organization

One can manage work life balance.

Dislikes

Lala ji system. All paper work. No printer, scanners or technical upgrade people. Few dont even know how to use email. Monopoly culture by old employees. Friction to change.
