It was just superb to work there. Being a founder Principal, i owed a complete freedom to shape the school future. I never felt like i was an employee. It was my second home. But full and serious work culture was followed.

It gives higher chances for one self to polish himself or herself professionally.The teammates are co-operative enough.There are different workshops conducted which create learning and development and raise the working standards.Senior faculties help the junior ones but yes some politics is everywhere which creates a competitive working environment.Salaries/Appraisal are well given which satisfies the employee and compells him to stay longer in the organisation.

Dislikes

There is a lot of work-pressure as teachers do most of the work by themselves which in turn is good for them but it's highly complex structure for the beginners.Training is imparted but limited in nature.
