Get to know every details of counseling for abroad study.

Dislikes

Small company, bad work culture, micro management at its best, no L and D opportunity, Bad salary structure, no job security, no health insurance, 6 days working, no employee benefits, behaviours with the employees are pathetic and too much involvement in their personal life. Dont have proper HR policies, proper payslip, deduction of salary if coming late, gossiping all the times, favouritism, entry and exit policies are pathetic.

Lots of it's, the employers treat younger rung employees very badly. The infrastructure is bad, groupism and favouritism is rampant. They don't do any work but only gossip especially Sonali Rakshit and Sutapa Roy

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
