Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Everything the Hr is so rude after every quater there are new employee in the office beacause the behaviour of Hr Aditya. They do not provide leave what he promised at the time of interview and ask you a question which is out of your syllabus also after that they take you at less salary they point out that part that you don't know the answer of the asked question that's why you need to learn more so we are offering you less for sometime
