The only thing to like about the company is that one can take work from home as and when required. I also, like the fact that I got to learn new skills but that has kind of stopped now, after almost 2 years.

Dislikes

The things I dislike are: 1. Poor compensation. People with less experience are given almost equal pay to people senior or with far more experience. 2. The management structure is poor inspite of having various departments. 3. No proper documentation and formalities at the time of joking or leaving. 4. Poor leave policy. 5. Very limited growth opportunities. 6. There have been times where the employees had to sit idle for atleast a month as there was no work. 7. The office keeping staff is ill mannered. 8. No proper provision of tea and coffee inspite of being a tea brand. 9. A lot of dependency of work has now been shifted to agencies and is being outsourced so very less opportunity for the employees to learn and grow. 10. No fixed yearly appraisals, until you ask for one. 11. Poor hygiene and cleanliness. 12. No appreciations, awards or incentives for achieving targets or excellent performance. 13. Boring environment

The only thing I like about this company is that I am able to take out time for myself and my family after work.

Dislikes

No fulfilment of commitments Very negative work environment All employees including the boss are involved in office politics There is no proper team to work with. People are given multiple tasks different from their own domains. The management lies at every step and doesn't favour us at all. The HR keeps finding an opportunity to point a finger at our team.

Likes

The only thing that was a plus point of working here was the fact that I have experience in the same industry and hence didn't have to start from scratch.

Dislikes

Here is a list of things I don't like: 1. The work culture here is poor. Professionalism is followed only on paper and not in reality. 2. There is no commitment towards the words spoken. And if you happen to point that out, it will be completely denied. 3. The staff here is not qualified (educational) for the work being done here and hence more young educationally qualified staff should be employed. 4. There is no proper team for the company. Only 2 people look after the online work and 3 people for offline tasks. 5. The management is also poor and only includes only the HR. 6. The behaviour of the owners and the other staff is very rude and sometimes unacceptable.
