Management is worst. There is no Work culture. The behaviour of top boss is not good. The pace of progress is very slow. Systems & network/connectivity issues are there. IT department is very weak. No new products introduced since last 10 years.

I did not like anything in this bank appealing to the employee. I spoiled important 4 years of life working for this organization.

Dislikes

Most of branches of this bank are in remote areas. Hardly you will find any washrooms in their branches. Branches are governed by so called Regional Manager and his team. They assign good branches to their close friends and based on personal relations no matter what skills you possess. If you asks for leave hardly it will sanctions. Again approval of leave depends upon your relation with Regional Office. Then comes General Manager, peoples who are useless to Bank Of India they becomes General Manager in VKGB. Mostly they do not possess any knowledge and they focuses more on improving their income and enjoy the life like king, this is same happens to the Lord of Bank i.e Chairmen. So, I will advice everyone who gets selected in this bank to spend few more time on your preparation and get some better organization instead of joining this bank. Those who joins this bank, 50% to 70% leaves within 4-5 years and remaining regret their decision and suffer whole life. Worst place to work.
