Nothing much except compensation. Rest all is pain.

Dislikes

1. KPI is vague.. You never know how much quantifiable achievements you did over time and therefore, performance and appraisal etc are all meaningless. 2. Racial discrimination is very evident and therefore, it's like a plan to make you fail and then to turn you as an "Yes Man". 3. Agility, delegation ownership and trust is completely missing from one level above of Delivery Managers. 4. Suggestions for value addition to be taken as a threat and therefore one will go through wrong practices throughout which is a pain. 5. There are large extent of overlapping in roles and therefore lot of overlapping happens. 6. No proper hierarchy and therefore lot of confusion as roles are overlapping and coz of absence of corporate governance, people are clueless and wondering🤔💭 and therefore plotting will be going against you at any point of time and slowly you'll be demotivated and will feel a suffocated environment and will be ready to quit even in a low CTC within 7-9 months. 7. Last but not the least, micromanagment, which is practically worsen the situation. 8. Management above delivery managers are clueless to identify one's competency and judge people based on biased feedback gave by their friends as they all coexisted in the same unholy ecosystem to survive, without right skill, attitude and competency.

None worth mentioning. The company environment offers no compelling reason to stay. Constant fear of being fired at any moment, creating a highly stressful environment.

Lack of clear communication from upper Management. Unrealistic delivery targets and expectations. Inadequate support and resources for delivery team. Minimal opportunity for growth or career advancement. Unfair workload balance distribution leading to burnout. No appreciation or recognition for hard work. Constant fear of being fired at any moment, creating a highly stressful environment. Limited feedback and constructive criticism to help improve performance. Poor team morale and motivation due to negative work culture.

Everything sucks, no company culture.

Dislikes

Shit management, No structure at all. Constant changes to roadmap. Lack for change management, risk management. Right from user profile to JOB KRA is messed up. Lot of manual work. Lot of miss hiring. People who doesn't even have relevant experience are setting at higher position. Doesn't hv required SkillSet or experience. Lot of cold war among c level stakeholders leading to a unnecessary pressure on people at frontend. Bunch of clowns.

I enjoyed collaborating with cross-functional teams on multiple projects, which helped me enhance my leadership & problem-solving skills. I believe that stronger management with vision and clear direction could have fostered more supportive and growth-oriented workplace. Unfortunately, my tenure ended up abruptly without a clear reason.
