Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Work culture is little disturbed. Overburdened employees because they hired less staff. Joining letter with details of the contract was not share till the last day of work No overtime is payed ,some time compensatory leave is given.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
