Work culture is little disturbed. Overburdened employees because they hired less staff. Joining letter with details of the contract was not share till the last day of work No overtime is payed ,some time compensatory leave is given.

As a medical officer in preauthorisation dept , I found my team mates, manager and other office mates very friendly and work environment very homely and good. I would not like to comment about other depts or guarantee the same in all the departments.

Salary hikes and appraisals are not given for the right person, there is always a misrecognition, partiality is at peak when considering appraisals

This is my first opportunity after completing my graduation .i have a good support from my organisation and friendly behaviour with the co employees in our company

In our company salary is less and we have one day is holiday

It is a very good company for the doctors the doctors are respected very well in this company good work environment and good managers I really like it

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
