...r fresher or they r joined here as fresher they don’t get much more salary ...so I thought salary growth unsatisfactory..

They didn't give salary during 2 months of lockdown.

if you are a B tech graduate(fresher) then this company is not for you. You will get your salary in cash like a daily labour. There will no proof of your employment. They will say , Now you are in company off role, After one year they will will make you on role but not such agreement they going to do. So you can't complain them if they won't make you permanent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
