Good work environment and cluture.company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is bond of 1year before which you can't regin in this job training is not given to new joinees

Company will increase salary of old employees when he is keep good knowledge of work in department

They didn't give salary during 2 months of lockdown.

if you are a B tech graduate(fresher) then this company is not for you. You will get your salary in cash like a daily labour. There will no proof of your employment. They will say , Now you are in company off role, After one year they will will make you on role but not such agreement they going to do. So you can't complain them if they won't make you permanent.
