The work culture is something to worry about. Other things are quite common like any other firm.

Dislikes

Quite common. The work pressure is way too much. You might have to do a lot of over times. The work environment isn’t that great.

The behavior of the two junior partners (S. Roy & S. Bagchi) towards the legal associates and staff is very poor and unprofessional. Better see under whom you are being recruited
